Amman Valley Harriers is now running a festival of races through the year!

The Three Parks Challenge took place in May and the next race is the SALEM 5K !!! a classic Friday Nighter

Though there may be daylight going we will not enforce a cut off time

Changing Facilities : not provided sorry 

Parking :

Parking is limited in the field behind the hall and overflow is on the road in the village please lift share as much as you can 

Light refeshment will be available in the hall afterwards
