The race is held at The Beach Esplanade, Aberdeen on Friday 7th June 2023 at 7:00pm

Flat accurate course, AUKM certified No. 19-315

Race on public paths, no roads to cross

Entry Fee : £16.00 SAL Registered, £18 Non SAL

** Note Jog Scotland membership does not qualify for a reduction, only SA, EA & WA **

Closing date for the race is lunchtime 4th June 2024

Pre-entries only, no Entries will be taken on the night

Race numbers and chips issued on the night at Transition Extreme

There is a facility to change competitors for those who have entered and cannot manage, who wish to pass their number to another person. This facility is only available up to the entry date; please e-mail the race director to do this along with full details of the substitute person. 

Place prizes will be given to the first 3 male and female runners, also male and female age category winners.

This year we are introducing a course record bonus of £100 for the First Male and First Female to break the Metro 10k course records.
