Brought to you by PB Timing - organisers of the Skull Mountain Trail Series, Benarty Gala Trail Race & Grim Beaver Halloween Race.

The Trail Busters Race Series consists of 3 races held through the winter months.
The race distance is approx. 3.5 miles and is held on paths and trails in the beautiful surroundings of Balbirnie Park. We've got a wee cracker of a route including mud, water crossings and a few wee undulations to keep everyone happy and a little wet!
EVERYONE WHO ENTERS THE FULL SERIES will receive one of our BESPOKE TRAIL BUSTERS RACE MEDALS
Race 1 - Sunday 8th January 2017
Race 2 - Sunday 29th January 2017
Race 3 - Sunday 26th February 2017
All races start at 11.00am within the grounds of Balbirnie Park.
Extensive Age Category Awards (based on lowest cumulative times from all 3 races). As well as first 3 Overall Male & Female we also have prizes for 1st Male & Female in the following age categories - Under 20, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Spot Prizes - Loads to be won but you need to be there to collect them!

PLEASE NOTE: Strictly NO PARKING within Balbirnie Park. Car parking is available in the car park just south of the hall at the primary school and in the surrounding streets.
We rely on the goodwill of Balbirnie Park to put on these events so please help us by sticking to the rules.
LIMITED TO 220 RUNNERS, PRE-ENTRY ONLY - SORRY NO REFUNDS OR DEFERRALS. We will however allow number transfers up until 7 days before the date of the first race only. All transfer details should be arranged between the runners involved before notifying the Race Organiser of any changes.
BEFORE ENTERING: Occasionally we may have to alter the race route and distance due to weather or forestry work. If any of the races are cancelled due to severe weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances then we will reschedule that race to a later date.
Our events are insured and permitted by the Governing Body Association of Running Clubs and are held Under ARC Rules.
