Time: Sign on from 8am. Riders on the 80 mile route depart from 9am. Riders on the 50 mile route depart from 9:30am.
Cost: The pre-entry fee for the event is £15 for those who hold a current Cycling Ireland licence. Anyone without a Cycling Ireland licence must pay an extra £5 at sign on for a compulsory event licence, which provides third party and personal accident insurance cover for the day.
Pre-entry for the event will close on Friday 14th September at 5pm. On the day the entry fee will be £20.

Proceeds go to our two nominated charities. This year we are raising money for Cruse Bereavement NI and Action Mental Health.
Choice of 2 routes.
Route 1: 80 miles
The 80 mile route travels south from Newtownards along the west shore of the lough to Strangford, then a short hop by ferry to Portaferry where lunch will be available. Inland route back up the Peninsula to finish in Newtownards

Route 2: 50 miles.
The 50 mile route stays on the Ards Peninsula before returning to Newtownards after lunch in Portaferry.

Refreshments will be provided at the finish in the bowling club.
The routes will be marked with road markings ‘ToS’ and signage. GPS files for Garmin can by downloaded from the Strava links above.
- Helmets must be worn by all riders.
- Vehicle Support and Mechanic Support will be available.
- Come prepared with suitable clothing, spare tubes, a pump, snack bars and / or fruit.
