Super hero themed fancy dress run -  

1 mile fun run for juniors aged 4-8  Juniors aged under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 16 before and after the event.  Early bird (before 22nd March) £5 Standard £8.    

5k event for adults and juniors aged 9 years plus Early bird (before 22nd March) £14 Standard £17.  Juniors aged under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 16 throughout the event. 

10k event for adults and juniors 12 years plus Early bird (before 22nd March) £17 Standard £20.

All runners will receive a bespoke Super Sunday medal.

Fun Run - 10am start 

5k/10k - 10.30 start  

There is a 2 hour time limit for the event.  If you are taking part in the 10k and have not completed the first 5k lap within 1 hour you will not be able to continue onto the second lap.  

Please ensure your race number is clearly displayed on your front.  Although it is a non competitve event with no times or prizes, we do need to ensure only people who have entered take part in order to keep within our maximum numbers.
