St Cyrus 10K - Sunday 9th June 2019 -

The St Cyrus 10K is an accurately measured, undulating and scenic course hosted by St Cyrus Solos.
The race has a limit of 300 runners and will be filled on a first come first served basis. The deadline for entries is Monday 20th May (or earlier if the race is full).

Parking and Event Start/Finish: Ecclesgreig Road, St Cyrus
Registration: St Cyrus village Hall, there are male and female toilets available for use at the hall for all competitors.
T-shirt: Please note that T-shirt sizes can not be guaranteed and selecting your size acts as guidance only.
Bag Drop: Bags can be left at the village hall and these will be manned at all times. Your bag MUST be fitted with a baggage tag with your name and race number clearly written on it.
First aid: We will have a first aider at the finish line of the race, speak to a race official if you require any treatment
Registration: Opens at 9:00am and closes at 10.30am and is located in the St Cyrus village hall, Main Rd, St Cyrus, Montrose DD10 0BE. This is a 1 minute walk from the start line. Runners must collect only their own race number IN PERSON. RANDOM ID CHECKS MAY BE CARRIED OUT. Anyone caught transferring numbers may be banned from future events as this is against Association of Running Clubs (ARC) rules and can have serious implications if a runner took unwell during the event.
NOTE: For Club Team entries to qualify for prizes, all participants must state their Club Team during race registration.
START: All participants should be at the start area no later than 10:45am, they will then be escorted to the start line. As the race takes place on public roads and as per ARC rules - ABSOLUTELY NO HEADPHONES ARE PERMITTED. Race organisers accept no responsibility for anyone ignoring this advice. Competitors must be 16 years of age or over on the date of the race.
Water Stops: There will be one water stop on the route, and this will be increased to 2 if we are treated to a rare bit of fine weather.
Entrants who can no longer make the race may be offered a deferred entry (for 1 year only) to next year's event if they notify us via email by 1 June 2019.
Please note this is a running race - please do not enter unless you expect to complete in a time less than 1 hr 45 mins.
