Sip2Tenby Charity Cycle 2018

We are cycling from The Secret Sip, Royton, 216 Miles to Tenby, South Wales.
Raising Money for Pancreatic Cancer Action in memory of a good friend Paul Manning.
The main reason for the event is to raise funds and awareness for Pancreatic Cancer Action

Sign up fee - £149.00
Included in the Sign up fee :-
- Accommodation Day 1 Oswestry and Day 2 Newbridge-on-wye.(rooms based on 2 sharing)**
- Breakfast Day2 & Day3 (specify dietry requirements)
- Lunch on Day1,2 & 3 in the form of a shared buffet, (subject to change due to weather)
- Dinner on Day1 - Table Table, Day2 from accomadation. ***(please inform of dietry requirements and allergies) *
- Support Van throughout trip.
- GPS routing, maps, and water stops on route.
- Mechanical support.
- Charity Cycling top will be issued once sign up is confirme (please give your size)
- Water, energy gels, sweets etc available throughout the trip.
- Vehicle available to transport cycles back to The Secret Sip.
- Raise over £500 and if sign up fee is not being donated, it will be returned****
Age restrictions - no under 18's
No Return Transport is included, however routes and transport link details can be advised.
No Final destination (Tenby) Accommodation is included.
* Drinks not included at evening meal.
** No Accommodation is included at the final destination in Tenby. However we can supply a list of Hotels.

****If sign up fee is not being donated to the charity, it will be returned minus the the event entry admin charges.
Sporting Event Disclaimer
Please remember that this is not a race and the roads are not closed. The road surface can vary in condition with loose grit and pot holes. You may encounter wide agricultural vehicles on narrow lanes. Never ride more than two abreast and single file on narrow lanes. Be considerate to other road users.
You should carry basic tools, inner tubes and a pump to fix punctures or mechanical problems you may experience. A basic first aid kit is also recommended. Extra Spare inner tubes and basic spares will be available in limited supply. There will be mechanical support if needed. This support should not be relied on to fix existing problems with your bike, but to help resolve any problems that might occur on route.
It is advisable to bring lights and high visibility clothing on days where fog or rain is forecast or where light is likely to be reduced.
Luggage- The support vehicle will carry your main luggage, however will only be available at the beginning and end of each day. therefore a day pack is advised, this will be kept in the support vehicle and can be accessed at rest/water breaks through out each day.
The Support Vehicle will return any bikes to The Secret Sip on Wednesday 6th June. No return journey is included in this sign up fee. (routes and transport links available on request)
I understand that I participate in these events entirely at my own risk and must rely on my own ability in dealing with hazards and ride in a manner that is safe for myself and others. Riders must abide by the highway code at all times. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the organiser, promoting club, and or any official body attached to or in connection to this promotion, in respect of injury, loss or damage suffered by me, however caused. The function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that riders must decide whether the movement is safe.
A safety-approved cycling helmet must be worn. No helmet, no ride.
Follow the Highway code, and please look out for each others safety.
