Silvery Tay Trail Race
Wormit Runners welcome you to enter their 3rd annual Silvery Tay Trail Race. Runners will be rewarded with lovely countryside views of the River Tay and the iconic Tay Railway Bridge.
Silvery Tay Trail Race will be held on Sunday 10th November starting at 11:05am after observing two minutes silence to mark Remembrance Sunday.
RACE ROUTE - This exciting new race will be limited to 150 runners. The challenging race route is held on part of the Fife Coastal Path from Wormit to Balmerino and back via Scurr Hill/Kilburns Farm and Peacehill Farm. (Please note new Return leg)
The running surface is a mix of gravel & grassy paths which does get muddy in places during wet weather so trail shoes are advisable. The race distance is approx. 5.4 miles. The race route will be well marshalled and clearly marked with flour and tape.
Please be considerate towards other coastal path users.

* EXTENSIVE AGE GROUP AWARDS - As well as the first 3 Overall Males & Females we also have Awards for 1st Male & Female in the following age categories - Under 20, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

Number pick-up & toilets at the West Hall from 9.30am. Limited changing facilities so if possible please come ready to run.
PARKING - LIMITED AMOUNT OF SPACES at the West Hall. If you have to park in the surrounding streets PLEASE be considerate towards the residents.

LIMITED TO 150 RUNNERS - PRE-ENTRY ONLY - SORRY NO REFUNDS OR DEFERRALS. We will however allow number transfers up until 7 days before the date of the race. All transfer details should be arranged between the runners involved before notifying the Race Organiser of any changes.
ENTRY FEE: £10 affiliated / £12 non-affiliated
Our events are insured and permitted by the Governing Body Association of Running Clubs and are held Under ARC Rules - Permit pending
