SPRINT DISTANCE – 750m open water swim - 23km bike - 5km run.  On 1st September 2019

The Phoenix Sprint Triathlon is ideal for those looking for their first sprint OW triathlon.

Ragley Hall is situated near Alcester, B49 5NJ just off the A46. Ragley Hall is an established open water venue and Evesham Vale Triathletes are very pleased to be organising their fourth sprint distance triathlon in such a great location. The swim is one 750m lap of the lake.

The bike is a 23k undulating ride on a mix of A and B roads.

The 5km run is in the scenic parkland of Ragley Hall on grass and some tarmac.

The race is run under BTF rules, a copy of which will be available at registration. Maps of the course will be available on the www.facebook.com/groups/phoenixsprint/ web page. This is a non-drafting race.

Prizes will be also awarded for age categories (M and F) 15-16 (youth), 17-19, 20-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+, based on age at 31st December 2019. There will also be spot prizes.  Goody bag, including bespoke medal to all competitors. Chip timing.

First wave will start at 8am.  More detailed information regarding wave times will be e-mailed to competitors nearer race day.

Supporters are welcome but there will be limited entry / exit during the race and you will be unable to stay after the race has finished without paying the normal Ragley Hall entry fee

IMPORTANT - Please note, if on the 31st December 2019 you will be under 18, then written parental consent will be required before your entry is confirmed. Feel free to enter online but please ensure that the race organiser has received the appropriate written consent prior to the entry close date (25th Aug 2019). Failure to do so will result in your entry being withdrawn. A parent must be present during the event.

Individual Entry @ £40 for BTF and £45 for non-BTF 
Relay Team @ £50 if a member is BTF and £55 for non-BTF (all three members get full goody bag including bespoke medal)

Standard Entries - up until 25th August 2019

Individual Entry @ £45 for BTF and £50 for non-BTF 
Relay Team @ £55 if a member is BTF and £60 for non-BTF (all three members get full goody bag including bespoke medal) 

Total number of places including relays is restricted to 200 so don't delay.
