Lochore Meadows Trail Race

The race will be held on Sunday 22nd May starting at 10.30am

Under NO circumstances whatsoever should you run with another person's bib number. This is a strict requirement for the Track & Trace system.

Please be respectful and considerate to all competitors, race officials, volunteers and members of the general public.

RACE ROUTE 

The race is approx. 5 miles in distance run on the trails and woodland paths within the beautiful surroundings of Lochore Meadows Country Park.  

PLEASE NOTE - Sections of the race route can get muddy in places. We would recommend wearing trail shoes especially if the ground conditions are wet.

PRIZES

1st, 2nd & 3rd overall males and females. Also male & female 1st Over 40, 1st Over 50, 1st Over 60 & 1st over 70.

TOILETS

Toilets within the Willie Clarke Visitor Centre will be available but there will be a limited capacity at any one time and a queuing system will be in operation. Please be prepared for this. All attendees should use the hand sanitiser located at the toilets before entering and after exiting the toilets.

WATER & FOOD

The race organiser is unable to provide any water or drinks. Entrants must provide their own hydration/nutrition. Please support the cafe at the Willie Clarke Visitor Centre which will be serving hot & cold drinks, snacks & hot filled rolls.

BIB NUMBER COLLECTION & MEDALS

Bib number pick-up within the Willie Clarke Visitior Centre. Please keep to a safe distance while waiting in the queue to collect your bib number. Mementoes will be handed out when you collect your bib number.

CHANGING FACILITIES

There will be no changing facilities. Please come ready to run.

BAGGAGE

There will be no baggage storage. Entrants should leave any belongings in their own vehicles or make other arrangements.

DURING THE RACE

No spitting.

No litter dropping.

At the end of the race, finishers should move to an open space and not crowd around at the finish area.

RACE RESULTS

Race results will be posted online after the race. 

Updates, results, photos, etc., will be posted on our Trails of Fife Facebook page.

Number pick-up, toilets, cafe and car parking all within the Lochore Meadows Country Park

Our events are insured and permitted by the Governing Body Association of Running Clubs and are held Under ARC Rules.

ENTRY FEE : £12.00 

SORRY NO ENTRY FEE REFUNDS OR DEFFERALS - We will however allow number transfers up until 7 days before the date of the race. All transfer details should be arranged between the runners involved before notifying the Race Organiser of ALL CHANGES.
