The Jimmy Irvine Bella 10K takes place in Glasgow's Bellahouston Park on Sunday 12th November 2017 starting at 12pm. The race is under UK Athletics rules and is a Scottish Athletics Permit event. Set within the splendid Bellahouston Park with a technical t shirt for all entrants. The race will be chip timed. Registration takes place at Glasgow Club Nethercraigs. Pre entry by Sunday 5th November 2017 with a race limit of 650 entrants. Minimum age for entry is 15.
Note that there is no entry on the day.

Registration and changing are at Glasgow Club Nethercraigs (G52 1TQ) at 355 Corkerhill Road, Glasgow. This is just under 1 mile from the start.
Registration opens at 9:30am, and closes at 11:30am for those who have not received their number by mail.
Getting Here and Parking
The post code for Glasgow Club Nethercraigs is G52 1TQ. If coming by car there is parking available in Nethercraigs car parks. On street parking is also available in the streets surrounding Bellahouston Park.
Bellahouston Park is close to the M8. Please use junction 24 (if travelling east), M8 junction 23 (if travelling west), or use M77 junction 1 if coming from the south, or if approaching from the M8 Glasgow City Centre. Trains travel from Central Station to Corkerhill Railway Station, directly opposite Nethercraigs. Please use Traveline Scotland to determine which is the best public transport option for you.
Getting to the Start
The start is 1 mile from Registration at Nethercraigs. Past Corkerhill station on Corkerhill Road,on foot you can cut right onto Mosspark Drive and then follow Bellahouston Drive up to Bellahouston Park. In the park the start is on the path near the cycle track.
The 10K course is new for 2017 and is a little more challenging than in previous years. It is entirely on tarmac paths and pavement within the park and surrounds. The Course maps can be seen on the club website at

We have a comprehensive prize list awarded for seniors, vets and teams. The prize giving will take place in Bellahouston Park shortly after the end of the race unless the weather is particularly bad when it will take place at Nethercraigs. Post race refreshments will also be available at Nethercraigs.
