HALLOWEEN TRAIL RACE - BALBIRNIE PARK - STARTS AT 11:00am
This race will be raising funds for MARIE CURIE
The race distance will be between 4 & 5 miles held on paths and trails in the spooktacular surroundings of Balbirnie Park. We've got a cracking wee race route which should keep everyone happy!
ALL FINISHERS WILL RECEIVE A SPOOKTACULAR MEDAL & A NICE SWEET TREAT
Age Category Awards - As well as first 3 Overall Male & Female we also have prizes for 1st Male & Female in the following age categories - Over 40, Over 50, Over 60.
Spot Prizes - To be won but you need to be there to collect them!

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING THE RACE. Failure to adhere to these guidelines & race rules will result in disqualification and a ban from entering future races.

Please be respectful and considerate to all competitors, race officials, volunteers and members of the general public.
Please be advised that under no circumstances should you attend this event if you:
- Have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Have been overseas to a country on the quarantine list or exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Have COVID-19 symptoms (self-isolate for 7 days) or are feeling unwell.
- Have been told to self-isolate as part of the contact tracing measures in place.
Under NO circumstances whatsoever should you run with another person's bib number. This is a strict requirement for the Track & Trace system.
Toilets will be available but there will be a limited capacity at any one time and a queuing system will be in operation. Please be prepared for this. All attendees must use the hand sanitiser located at the toilets before entering and after exiting the toilets.
The race organiser is unable to provide any water or drinks. Entrants must bring their own hydration/nutrition.
BIB NUMBER COLLECTION & MEDALS
Please keep 1 metre apart whilst waiting in the queue to collect your bib number. Medals will be handed out when you collect your bib number.
NO CHANGING FACILITIES
Please come ready to run.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE
Entrants should leave any belongings in their own vehicles or make other arrangements.
DURING THE RACE
No spitting or snot rockets.
No litter dropping.
At the end of the race, finishers should disperse quickly away from the finish line. Do not sit or lie down within or near the finish area. Do not congregate around the finish area. Move to an open space and leave the event site as soon as possible following the conclusion of your run.
RACE RESULTS & PRIZES
There will be no prize-giving or results available on the day of the race. Results will be posted online the following day and prizes will be delivered or posted to all award winners as soon as practical after the race.
By signing up to enter this race you are confirming that you have read all the Covid-19 safety guidelines and rules of competition and that you agree with them.

LIMITED TO 50 RUNNERS - PRE-ENTRY ONLY - SORRY NO REFUNDS OR DEFERRALS. - We will however allow number transfers up until 7 days before the date of the race. All transfers should be arranged between the two runners involved. You must then notify the Race Organiser of the full contact details of the transferred runner.

Our events are insured and permitted by the Governing Body Association of Running Clubs and are held Under ARC Rules.
