WALDENJNR DUATHLON
Saturday 25th March 2023
The 2023 WaldenJNR Duathlon takes place at Carver Barracks near Saffron Walden. The event is a perfect introduction to duathlon and a great way to start the 2023 racing season. The event is the first race is the Eastern Region Children's league.
Venue:
Carver Barracks provides a very safe traffic free environment for racing and with the runs on flat grass and the bike on flat smooth tarmac fast times are guaranteed!
Timetable:
Registration is expected to open from 7.30am on the day of the race with the first wave starting at 9am.
Chartity Donation:
As part of our event, we’ve decided to give you an option to donate to Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT), a cause close to our hearts. In Autumn 2022 one of our much-loved, long-standing members, George Peasgood, was involved in a freak cycling accident. We are all immensely thankful to the amazing doctors, nurses, and staff at Addenbrooke’s Hospital who, together with the incredible emergency services, helped to save his life. This is our way of saying thank you.

For each sign-up, the organiser pays the Service Fee of 4% (min 50p). You pay no surcharge
A British Triathlon Race Pass is required for participants who are not a British Triathlon Home Nation member. For this event, Race Pass costs are £6.00 (plus £0.24 service charge) for participants aged 24 and under, and £12.00 (plus £0.48 service charge) otherwise.
