Organiser's Description

Forres Harriers Brodie Castle 10k 2022

(under SA permit )

Sunday 6 November 2022.

1100 start

A big welcome back for this year's race after an enforced abscence - we have stripped back a few things for this year but hope it will be every bit as much fun for all involved.

Formerly known as the Dyke 10k now starting and finishing in the spectacular grounds of the 16th century Brodie Castle, a National Trust for Scotland property.  Following much of the route of the old Dyke 10k race but now starting and finishing in the spectacular grounds of the castle.  We don't think that there are many events in the country that offer the runner a better view as they race towards a race finish line - a tree lined route to a picturesque castle in lovely grounds.

This year the race is held under SA permit. Around a certified accurately measured course.  UK Association of Course Measurers Cert no. 15/412.

First second third prizes in male overall and female overall will be awarded, age category groups prizes also - one runner one prize - overall category takes precedence.
