An out and back 5 mile race along Brown Hill Lane / Kiln Bent Road / Holme Woods Lane. 211m of gradual climb on the way out, but it's all down hill on the way back ...

Teams are calculated as you cross the line.

Covid rules will apply:

·      Pre-race online registration only no entries on the day

·      All queuing for registration to be socially distanced

·      Social distancing wherever possible at the start, finish and during the race – minimum of at least 1mtr (preferably 2mtr)

·      Staggered start with maximum of 30 at a time  

·      Participants to have a mask on them (not wearing!) in case this is required during the race

·      Participants not to gather at the end of the race

·      Minimum contact between participants and marshals/organisers and handling of any equipment

·      Masks to be worn by marshals and sanitiser provided – minimum 60% alcohol

·      No refreshments provided – participants and officials should bring their own

·      Spectators to be discouraged from attending

·      No clearing of airways (spitting, etc) near other contestants

·      If registration is indoors masks should be worn at all times by officials and participants

·      Regular handwashing and cleaning of touch surfaces where applicable

·      Participants not to turn up if they are displaying any Covid symptoms, or having had a recent positive test, or having been in recent contact with someone displaying symptoms or self-isolating
