As well as the regular Saturday morning dip in the Dock there'll be Rude Health 'take 'em or leave 'em' water games. We’ll kit you out with Rude Health swimming hats so you’re lookingthe busi nessand 'good to go'.

YOGA

Dip in, dip out yoga class. Start your morning with mountain pose and the rest of the day is your own.
