A-Rock Fun Run for Ernie

This event is being organised to help raise funds for a permanent Ernie Moss memorial to be added to Chesterfield FC's memorial garden at the Technique Stadium to commemorate club legend, and all time leading goal scorer, ERNIE MOSS. All proceeds from this event will go towards the memorial fund but if you wish to make a personal donation then you can contribute via this JustGiving link.

This is a FUN RUN and therefore no finish line timings will be recorded. If competitors wish to record a time then they must do so on their own timing device.

Entry fees are £10 for Adults (16 years +) and £5 for Children under 16 years. Choose to walk or run 5k or 1500m.  Children from 7 years of age can complete the 5k with an adult, all other Children must enter the 1500m.

Start times are 11.30am for the 1500mts and 12 noon for the 5k. Unit 1 Fitness & Marshal Arts will be hosting a warm up session at approximately 11:15. Commemorative medal to all finishers in the 5k or 1500m.

Race start and finish will be at the Technique Stadium, Sheffield Road, Chesterfield S41 8NZ,  where there will be parking, toilets and changing facilities. Race numbers will be available to collect on the day from 10.30 at the stadium.

Both the 5k and 1500m will be multiple laps in and around the stadium.
