The Dunloy CC 'Tour of Legends' Sportive

14 Oct 2017

Dunloy Cycling Club are delighted to announce the Tour of Legends Sportive which will take place on Saturday 14th October 2017.
There will be a mass 'ride out' from Dunloy Parish Centre at 9:30am and riders will follow a fully marshalled 52 miles route through North Antrim, along the Causeway coast and back through the iconic Dark Hedges. Our special guest for the day is Irish sporting legend and Grand Tour BMC rider Nicolas Roche. Nico will ride the Sportive with you all and everyone will get the chance to chat with him throughout the day.
After completing the route you will enjoy tea/coffee and refreshments in Dunloy Parish Centre where an informal Q&A session will also take place with Nico.

250 places will be made available on Entry Central at £20 and these riders will receive a quality commemorative T Shirt. No refunds can be given should you be unable to attend the event. We would ask that you accurately state your T Shirt size on the Entry Central form to avoid disappointment as we will be unable to provide an alternative for you.

Riders who are not Cycling Ireland Members will be asked at sign on to purchase a £5 Cycling Ireland 'day licence' to provide them with the necessary insurance cover.

Entry will also be available on the day however a T Shirt will not be available in this case.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to ride with a Grand Tour rider at the peak of his powers, we hope you all have a fantastic day!

Martin Montague
