Important information about attending training

You will be aware that the club can host formal training sessions under strict guidance from the Scottish Government and Scottish Athletics.

Details of how the training session will operate and the ask of you when attending training sessions was included in an email sent to you recently. 

Please familiarise yourself with the content of this before signing up to attend and so that you are aware of your responsibilities before, during and after the session.

As a brief reminder:

Government Covid-19 guidance

You must  not attend training or club events if:

• Have tested positive for Covid-19
• Have Covid-19 symptoms.
• Have been asked to self-isolate at home by the Scottish Government Test and Protect system.

             If you have recently  returned from a country outside the UK you must follow the Scottish Government guidance on quarantine.

PLEASE READ

Should you develop Covid-19 symptoms or feel unwell between now and the session you MUST NOT attend the session.

Please advise the club Covid-19 co-ordinator, Andrew Aird, as soon as possible, either by email (andrew_aird@icloud.com) or by phone/text on 07956427883.

Should you feel unwell or develop Covid-19 symptoms after attending the session please contact your GP/NHS and inform Andrew as soon as possible.

By attending this session you are agreeing to abide by current Government guidance and the guidance that has been provided to you by Kinross Road Runners.
