Plain Crazy in the Winter is a 12.5 ish mile run and has been described as hilly, cold, scenic, desolate, windy and can even be snowy. Someone even said they lost their sole. Lets give it a go at Easter.

PARKING

Parking is available at Imber Avenue, Warminster, BA12 0DD. Please be courteous to other competitors and to local residents. Please think about car sharing.

START / FINISH

Race starts at 11:00 at Pepper Place, Warminster BA12 0DW. There will be a short briefing before the race for your safety. Please obey the instructions from the marshals at all times.

RESTRICTIONS

Plain Crazy is open to runners over the age of 16 years on the day of the race. Dogs are welcome on a short-controlled lead. Buggies are welcome if they meet the criteria: Fixed front wheel, suspension, rain cover, clothes suitable for the weather, some food and drink, a brake would be good but not compulsory. Headphones are not permitted for safety, please do not break these rules otherwise you will be disqualified. This is for everyones safety.

Due to the potential Winter conditions, there is a 3-hour cut off time.

Places are limited to 200, to avoid disappointment please book early and we look forward to seeing you there. Race entries are open till Sunday 10th April 2022 or will close earlier if the race limit is reached. There will be no entries on the day.

REGISTRATION

Registration is from 09:45 to 10.45am where you can collect your race number.

RACE NUMBERS

Your race number should be secured to the front of your top using safety pins. Your number must be clearly visible when you finish the race.
