HANDS UP - WHO'S JOINING US AT HARLAW?

Join us at Harlaw Road next Tuesday evening  (November 2nd) for an exciting speed session on quiet well-lit streets in Aberdeen's West End.

There are two main parts to the session:

* A continuous 2-person paarlauf on a 300m loop which is gently up and down,  with a 100m recovery.

* A few longer efforts on a relatively flat and well-surfaced road.

Plus our usual warm-up and cool-down routines with coaching tips, friendly encouragement and good advice on hand throughout.

This is a session for ALL abilities.

We will meet in Harlaw Road - go to the east end (near junction with Forest Avenue) - where there's ample on-street parking.

Tuesday 6pm to 7pm

Location: Meet at Harlaw Road (East End, near junction with Forest Avenue) 

Cost: £6 per person.

Extra steps have been taken to ensure we are able to train safely and follow government regulations on Covid-19, see below for details.

You must not attend one of our sessions if you:

• Have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

• Have been overseas to a country on the quarantine list or exposed to someone with COVID19 in the last 14 days.

• Have COVID-19 symptoms (self-isolate for 10 days) or are feeling unwell.

• Have been told to self-isolate as part of the contact tracing measures in place.
