Organiser's Description

UP, DOWN AND ROUND ABOUT

Join us in Aberdeen's Seaton Park  on Tuesday August 10th for a fresh new session which combines uphilll,downhill and flat running. Learn how best to tackle an undultaing route in the most efficient way possible.

This is a fantastic all-inclusive running session suitable for all levels of ability and experience.

Everyone is guaranteed a good workout.... and it's great fun too!

We are a friendly group and always keen to help newcomers.

Coaching, encouragement and good advice will be on hand throughout.

Meet at the main car park in Seaton Park ready for a 6pm start. The session lasts for one hour and includes our warm-up routine and post run stretches.
