Pulse Fitness Adventures Virtual Walk, Run or Bike Challenge - Summer 2021

With the Summer months approaching this is a great way to keep you motivated during July & August - I have set this Challenge to help keep you moving during the Summer Months.

Sign up today for my Virtual Walk, Run, Bike Challenge - This Challenge is designed for everyone, so Ladies. The cost is £45.00per adult (plus a small booking fee)

All you have to do is choose a Challenege suitable for you - Walk, Run or Bike 50km, 75km, 100km, 150km ,200km or aim to hit 500km. You can mix the challenge up with all three activities for the month of July & August and be part of my Pulse Fitness Adventures Virtual Summer Challenge. 

Lets get moving together, be part of a growing community where you will be supported & encouraged along the way in a Private Facebook Group, where you can post photo's & updates of how you are getting on plus I'll add in a few wee workouts too.

Once you sign up you will have access to your own Tracker Spreadsheet where you can record your daily activity or you can manually record it yourself plus you will have access to the Private Facebook Link

Once the Challenge  is completed at the end of August you can forward me your completed Tracker Spreadsheet before Saturday 4th September. 

To celebrate your wonderful achievement you will recieve one of my Pulse Fitness Adventures - Virtual Challenege Long Sleeved Ladies Training Tops which you can wear with pride.

Your Training Top will be sent out to you once I recieve your completed spreadsheet.
