Welcome to a new and exciting series of events. Castle Douglas Bike and Food Festival has a warm welcome for you in our renowned Food Town. We will offer you the opportunity to experience some of the best locally produced food and drink as well as demonstrations from chefs, bakers and brewers. 

We are hosting the Tour Series final on the 12th August and the professional teams for an evening of fast and furious action. You will have the opportunity on the 13th August to race on the same parcour. We will offer male and female in all race categories including youth. 

This is a town centre street race and as such there are tight turns and short sharp accelerations, be aware of the fun that will create. The town is built on a hill and the gradient is slight but noticeable especially after 20 minutes of effort. 

Youths will race for 20 minutes plus two laps and junior and senior categories 30 minutes plus three laps.
