You MUST have a good level of fitness to undertake this challenge and have experience in hill walking.
I undersigned declare that I am medically fit to complete and do so at my own risk. I hereby absolve the organisers from any claim for injury or illness incurred during or as a result of the event or for any loss or damage to property. I understand that the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and that entry fees are non refundable. I agree that my picture may be included in any photographs and videos, which may be published from the race. I confirm that the information I have provided on this form is accurate.

Welcome to your Ben Nevis Challenge with @fitnessat58degrees, we are looking forward to the challenge and reaching the top of the highest mountain in the UK with you all! Here is everything you need to know:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read these carefully, on the day of the challenge you will be asked to sign to confirm you agree to these terms and conditions.
You are responsible to take items on the kit list with you to ensure you are well prepared.
You are under our supervision and your safety comes first, you must listen to us at all times.
You are taking on the challenge at your own risk; you will be responsible for any injuries incurred.
If we advise you that you need to descend the mountain at any time, you must do so.
We reserve the right to cancel the challenge due to adverse weather; this will be confirmed on Friday at 8pm.
Your lunch is included, please comment on the Facebook post your choice.
You are happy for photos and videos to be taken throughout the challenge.
If you fail to follow instructions given by us during the challenge we reserve the right to remove you from the challenge.
If you have any existing injuries or medical issues, which we need to know about, you must let us know before the challenge.
-Plenty of warm clothing (extra jackets (waterproof and normal, hats, gloves, buffs etc), better to have too much than too little, please dress accordingly! It may feel warm on the way up but very chilly at the top.
-Dry Clothes for after the challenge.
-Sunglasses/Suncreen if the Weather is good.
-Personal medication (If asthmatic or anything else).
-Plenty of Water (Minimum 2 litres).
-A big smile!
