Virtual Couch to 5k and Strength & Flexibility Programme
With all the restrictions due to Coronavirus we still want to give you the opportunity to complete our C25K programme VIRTUALLY but also give you the opportunity to follow a virtual programme on building strength and flexibility.
If you sign up to join then you can complete either programme virtually, on your own or with a group from within your own household or social bubble, or with one person outside your household.
Here is how it works:
Sign up to the programme, which cost £12 and is over 8 virtual sessions and run by our C25K lead coach Emma Charlotte Coleman, and you will receive:
- A virtual couch25k programme involving 2 weekly targets
- Medal for completion
- Beginner advice on strength and conditioning including core and leg exercises
- Nutrition and weight management advice
- Opportunity to chat with a BSc Sports Coach/ Personal trainer
- To feel part of a walking/running club - Cannon Events
At the end of the programme you will be able to complete a 5k run, either on your own or with a group from within your own household or social bubble, or with one person outside your household. You will also be aware of various exercises strength and flexibility to support your running.
