Pulse Trail-Path Adventures is an endurance hike through the local trail paths around the the Causeway Coast & Glen Area which will approx take 12hours, with over 3000ft of climbing. We will set off from the stunning Waterfall Caves at 7am. 

We will make our way through various locations which will cover some of the most beautiful areas of outstanding natural beauty the Causeway Coast & Glens has to offer.

The route will consist of trail paths mostly but at times we may venture off the beaten track slightly giving you an insight to some of the stunning untouched areas we have around us. 

We will at times also be hiking along the country roads giving you a variety of terrains.

There will be photo opportunities along the way & two stop to refuel before heading on

To take part you must have:

1) A good level of fitness as this hike will be challenging

2) Comfortable footwear - Hiking Boots or Trail Trainers 

3) Packback & food for 12 hours

4) Waterproof Coat & Trousers

5) Extra tops

There will be a hot drinks served at the second stop which will be at approx mile 16 & a delicious BBQ served at the end.
