Be Endurance Power Hour #2
The Power Hour is an indoor cycling workout for triathletes, duathletes and cyclists. Using your own FTP (Functional Threshold Power) score the workout will be structured to increase power, endurance and speed. The 6wk block begins with an FTP test in wk 1 and then wks 2-6 are tailored to you and your abilities.
** Session dates are May 21st & 28th, June 4th, 11th, 25th and July 2nd **
The Power Hour is actually 75mins long to include warm up, 1hr workout and cool down. Workouts will begin at 8:15pm at Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre.
Cost of 6wk block = £75 (first time rider) £65 (returning riders)
