Running coaching with Soulinmotion workshop (Montrose, review and develop)

This is the review and develop session only open to those from any tri clubs in the area where they have attended a previous workshop with me. We will review all your form, record gear changes, discuss and practice long slow distance, tempo and develop the african running drill system. Lots of time for questions and answers as well. If the tide is out we go on the beach and finish with some athletic drills for runners. Ideal for any runner who wants to develop their form understand a little more about chi running technques.
The session and your running will be recorded as usual with a voice over and tips for the year.
