Running coaching with Soulinmotion workshop (Montrose)

The Running session comprises drills and running movements all designed to get you to feel lighter in stride and more relaxed. The level of intensity is low to medium to try and get participants to 'feel' different and tune into their body whilst running. There is a real focus on establishing bodysensing, good feeling with ground and a deep commitment to establishing a personal practice.
The sessions will involve video, drills, mini repeats,sequences and a strong focus on breathing techniques. Plenty of time for Q and A over the session
Each runner will receive video edit and voice over of their running and key points for practice plus a lot of extra material and video to mull over.
