Each class will be focused on your strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility so you can run faster, swim longer and cycle pain-free!
As a fully paid-up member of the “sneeze and you’ll be injured club” I decided to join fitness soul, it was great timing on my behalf as Leszek was about to start strong club on Sundays and Wednesday’s for all but most importantly for me, it’s triathlon specific. In the 8 weeks I have attended all my niggling injuries have cleared, I’m much stronger and my winter conditioning is already better than last year, Did I mention it’s a super friendly environment. The Strong Club at Fitness Soul has been a great addition to my weekly calendar. I do not consider myself an athlete but I certainly enjoy the opportunity to build strength and learn more about how to take care of my body and fitness. The strength classes and friendly 5k help you to gain confidence in your abilities in an enjoyable and supportive environment. The essence of Fitness Soul is to work on your body and mind, holistically, and also to have fun! The group sessions are friendly and good-humoured and a great way to socialise and meet new people in the community. There are three parts of each Strong Club session:
- strength session - 45min
- easy social run - 5km
- tasty breakfast/coffee - nearby cafe. (not included in price)
Endurance Strong Club is run by Leszek Stelmachowski, Ironman Certified Coach.
