If you are a novice or experienced competitor, strength and conditioning plays an important part in training to compliment swim, cycle and run sessions for Triathlon, Aquathlon and Duathlon events.
Strength & Conditioning can help to keep you mobile while recovering from injury and niggles but also help prevent injury.
Improving your core and being more flexible can boost your confidence and in turn improve your training and racing experience to help you achieve your goals.
The Team T Coaching Strength & Conditioning session on 13th June can give you an insight into how to incorportate S & C into your training, whether you are at the start of your multi-sport journey or a more experienced athlete.
The session is delivered by a BTF qualified coach Andy Teagle, who has over 12 years coaching experience.
The session will focus on the importance of strength & conditioning as part of your routine. All you need to bring with you is a mat or towel to lie on!
Andy is happy to chat and answer any questions before, at the session or those you think about after you have returned home.
