Join Mark Russell (qualified yoga teacher and Ironman triathlete) and Nick Constantine (senior chi running instructor) for a combined day of yoga and running practice.
You will receive expert yoga teaching from Mark Who has been teaching yoga to runners, triathletes of all levels for 8 years. Learn run specific yoga asanas to support and develop your running. He has also worked with the Scottish Hockey squad, Motherwell Football Club and professional boxer Michael Roberts.
Nick Constantine has been the senior chi running instructor for 10 years. He has coached all levels of athletes from ex-international runners, competitive tri-athletes to new runners, injured runners and all in between. Age is not an issue. Nick and Mark have taught all ages between 12-80. Nick is a qualified PE teacher and yogi and has coached many many sports over many years. Nick is also training to be a yoga teacher after 20 years of practice, Mark is his teacher:)
There will be time to review and look at key running training videos from Nick's extensive running video collection. There will also be a session where we review the footage taken during the day and discuss how to integrate running form into your practice.
In addition all clients running is recorded and edited after the event. A film including slo-mo analysis, voice over and stills are sent to all clients. Also all clients receive several coaching videos showing exemplar running form from all levels of runners.
