Trifarm 10k Autumn trail run

This is a new 10k trail run for 2018 that forms half of a two part 10k series.
(This race will be on the same route as the spring run, but in the reverse direction).

95%+ off road on public footpaths and bridleways.
Overview: Being held at the lovely Trifarm, Church Rd, Boreham, CM3 3DS. Race starts at 12 O'clock midday, so no early morning alarms! Race starts at the trifarm is near the lake and the finish on the river bank by the bridge.
Females competitors start off first at 1200hrs and the Males 5 mins later.
Parking: Plenty of parking on site. DO NOT PARK ON CHURCH ROAD.
Registration: Will be held in the Trifarm building from 11:00. Race briefing at 11.45. Race start 1200hrs with 2 waves, male and females.
TRA members: Bring your membership cards to registration and get £2 cash back.
Race number to be worn on your front, unfolded. Manually timed, so if we can't see your number at the finish, you can't get a time recorded. Please help us to help you!
Swim: We have arranged a 33% discount for swimming in the lake prior to the run (so you could call in an informal aquathlon if you wish!?) On the event registration page just tick the swim option and you can swim for a fiver.

Results and Prizes: Once we have collated all the results (which can be time consuming with a time trial start format; but we will endeavour to get them ready ASAP, so please wait around.) We will be giving prizes out for the fastest 3 male and female runners.
The fastest joint male and female times from the Spring and Autumn 10's will also get an additional prize!
This is a fun event as well a friendly competition, so you'll all get a finishers medals.
