Join Nick and Jon for a day to develop or begin your Chi Running journey. Jon is an experienced runner and instructor how has been teaching in the outdoors over 20 years. Nick has coached Chi Running for about 7 years to Triathletes, national and international athletes, young and old, injured and recovered runners. In that time Nick has developed the Chi Running concept and integrated many other disciplines.
Join Nick and Jon for a really interesting, informative and exciting day. The balance between the two instructors should ensure a really deep coverage and attention to the fine detailthat will ensure you leave the day feeling energised for your running journey.
There is no minimum level of experience required beginners to experienced runners are all welcome- all should come along ready to learn! If you have any concerns about the workshop and your ability please contact Jon or Nick.
You can expect:
- A review of the Chi Running technique - perfect for beginners and ideal as a review for practised Chi Runners.
- Video observation of your running form, with feedback
- Trail running in the beautiful Holme Valley
- How to develop your performance - for those who have been Chi Running before
- Hills and breathing - those vital ingredients for the northern runner!
- The day will emphasise a centred, mindful approach to running.
"this is a one off discounted workshop where you will work with two instructors for the full day" The cost of the day is 70.00, these days normally cost 120.00 (about 40% discount), early bird EXTRA discount of 60.00 until the 30th June 2017.
The workshop will run from 10am and we expect to finish around 4pm. There will be a break for a light lunch, (sandwich menu from the local pub will be available to choose your order) during which we will have an opportunity to gain feedback from the morning session and have a Q and A session.
