Brand new for 2017, an early season addition to the Duathlon calendar, this time at the Heart of England Forest's site at Middle Spernall, Warwickshire.
The event consists of a 5km undulating off-road run route which will take runners across fields, tracks and woodland (with a fair bit of ups and downs!), before heading back to Middle Spernall Farm. Next up is a 18km undulating road bike route on lanes and quiet roads, then a cheeky 3km run to finish your legs off !
RACE STARTS 09:30
Entry fee £20 solo (£30 for team of 2 people) until 15th January, then £25 / £35 until closing date
Minimum age 16 years on race day
Chip timing and secure bike transition area
You can enter solo, or relay team of two (i.e. a runner and a rider)
