It's time to race at your pace!
To earn this superb artist designed ceramic medal all you have to do is sign up and then run or walk 5k in your own time and at a place of your own choosing.
All profits raised will go to the Brathay Trust. An amazing charity which helps and supports vulnerable children and young people.
This medal is earned as a virtual 5k run or walk which you can undertake on any date and in any place. You could even use it for motivation for running a Park Run by yourself or with friends.
The cost of entry is £10 which includes P&P and Entry Central fee.
Why Brathay Trust?
In May 2019, Daniel Kershaw (the virtual race organiser), shall be attempting to run 10 marathons in 10 days to raise funds for the Brathay Trust. The Brathay Trust is an amazing charity which helps disadvantaged and vulnerable children and provides them with the hope that life has much more to offer than their current situation permits and for many it has been an absolute lifeline.
Staying at Brathay Hall at Ambleside for 10 days with a team of 15 others from around the UK next May, Daniel will be running the full Windermere Marathon course 10 times, finishing with the Asics Windermere Marathon on the 10th day.
In order to help with his fund raising for this awesome charity, he has commissioned a limited number of these fantastic ceramic Dragon themed medals.
