Submitting Your Results: All entrants are asked to submit their times through our race timing website https://www.whatsmytimeresults.co.uk/ by 5pm on Monday 29th March. We will ask you to submit a Garmin/Strava file etc. If you don't own a wearable device a screen shot of your time on a watch will suffice. When saving your run please save it as a 'race' so that your time is based on 'elapsed time' rather than 'moving time'. Please note that we may ask for clarification on any times that seem unusually fast!
Results will be available to view sometime on Tuesday 30th March. Exact information on how to upload your results will be posted on our website and sent to all runners before the start of the race.
Race Mementos: All runners and walkers will be sent a t-shirt and medal on completion of the race. We have a number of quality t-shirts that were prepared for last years event. The printing on these is currently being amended to reflect the change in year. Sizes were bought last year based on competitors’ choices at the time of entry. We ask that you please select your preferred size on the entry form. In the event that we run out of your preferred size please indicate whether you'd be happy to receive the next nearest size. We will aim to get these sent out (2nd class) to everyone within a fortnight of the event.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds for those competitors who withdraw prior to the race or who do not complete their run/walk on race day. Race places are non transferable. We will not be running a Waiting List at this year’s event.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All entrants must agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Social distancing - any and all government rules for your local area must be adhered to at all times of your run/walk. It is your responsibility to know what your local rules are and stick to them.

Failure to do so will result in you not appearing in the results. Details of how to do this will be sent to all competitors before the event. Submitting your results is not compulsory and you do not need to inform us if you’d prefer not to appear in the results (you will still be sent your t-shirt and medal).
