This is a 6 session module designed to develop a yoga personal practice to support your running, no matter what standard of runner you are or wish to be. The dates of these sessions are Sunday 10am to 11:30pm. Venue the yoga station, plenty of parking available. 

Dates are:-SUNDAY 6/01,13/01,20/10, 3/02,10/02,17/02

If you cannot make these dates watch out for the drop in sessions during the weekday....
