A Fun Social Trail route is 6.4 miles Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome,
Cut off time 2pm
Entry fee; £5 affiliated £7 unaffiliated. 50P fee
Entry fee includes a £2 voucher to spend in The Mole Trap
Chosen charity for this event "Hope House" a local chairty in Braintree helping homeless people.
Covid 19
If you have covid please consider not running, just to protect others.
Parking
The pub car park is small, please park on verge not blocking peoples drive. There might be extra space behind pub in the field if building work has finnished will advise in final email.
Pub
The Pub is card only... NO CASH
Toilets will be open from 930am.
On the Day
Keep any bags etc in your car as no way of looking after for you at venue and Only approach the event table when your ready to go!!! Narrated route will not be handed out before hand and only when you are ready to go. As this will hold the whole process up and cause me extra work!!!!
Route
The Route will cross some live stock fields, (sheep and horses) so please follow the countryside code The Countryside Code - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) and please close the gates after you go through them. clearly written in bold on the narrated instructions.
Water stop
There will be a no water stop on this route. If you require water then please make arrangements for this.
Final Email
Please keep an eye out for a Final Email which will be sent out a saturday afternoon 16th July as I will do a last check on the route in the morning and gives chance for any last minute entries.The email will will inculde any new saftey information to keep you and others safe and any updates that may accure.
Remember its not a tail if you dont get stung by nettles and caught on some brambles!!!!
