ADULT & JUNIOR AGE CATEGORIES AND DISTANCES
IMPORTANT! Your race age is as you will be on 31 December 2022, not how old you are on race day

| Youth (15-16yrs) | 400m | 5km |
| Adult | 400m | 5km |
| Vet (40-49) | 400m | 5km |
| Super-Vet (50+) | 400m | 5km |
Entry fees:
Until 30th Jan 2022 - Adults - £25 (£21 for BTF members); Juniors (U16 at 31st Dec 2022) - £15 (£14 for BTF members) - NOW EXTENDED UNTIL END OF FEBRUARY!!!!
Until 17th March 2022 - Adults £27.50 (£23.50 for BTF members); Juniors (U16 at 31st Dec 2022) - £17.50 (£16.50 for BTF members)
Entries will be available on the day only if there are places left at £30 (£26 BTF) for adults and £20 (£19 BTF) for Juniors
BTF members must produce a current BTF race licence at registration
The first swimmer will start at approximately 08:30, juniors will race first.
