It's All About The Breath with Mark Russell

For thousands of years Yoga practitioners have shared the benefits of their breathing practices to contribute to physical and mental well-being. Modern researchers have been uncovering these benefits too. This workshop will cover both of these aspects with many ideas in how to use the breath in your daily life. These will include:
- How the breath can help with anxiety
- Recognising your own breathing patterns and habits
- How the breath affects the heart...
- ...and the mind
- How we incorprate the breath into our movement practice
- The physiology of breathing
