Brighter Futures Bike Ride
Brighter Futures Bike Ride is an annual very friendly, non-competitive charity Cycle Sportive in aid of the Brighter Futures, the registered charity for the Great Western Hospital.
Our bike ride takes in the Wiltshire & Berkshire area providing some beautiful views and challenging hills!
Our third event takes place on Sunday 10th June 2018 and all 3 routes will start here at Great Western Hospital Swindon.
RIDE DISTANCE STANDARD
SENSIBLE 20 miles £22.50
SPORTY 45 miles £26.00
SERIOUS 70 miles £26.00
On the day will be
20 miles - £30.00
45 &70 Miles £35.00
Three signed courses for 70, 45 and 20 miles through scenic countryside.
Riders under 18 must ride with an adult and can take part in the 20 mile option for £15.00
Rest and refuel stations at selected locations with free refreshments (lunch for the 45 and 70 mile options) and toilets.
Ride HQ: Start and finish point with:
Registration desk for all participants to collect a rider laminated bike number and ties
Male and female toilet and changing facilities
Good route signage with hazard markings
Feed stations with male and female toilets
Cycle repair and support
Emergency support and First Aid
On course photography
Broom wagon to sweep up stranded riders
Post-race snacks and refreshments
