Run for Fun Devizes S25K

Run for Fun S25K course is a 10 week course for those new to running, beginners working up to a 5k distance, or runners that have had a break from running and would like to return to it slowly. It will be a structured but flexible running program to suit all abilities aiming to support you building up to completing a 5k run by the end of the 10 week course.
Each weekly session will include a warm up and cool down and our run leaders will be on hand to support. You will be guided with a walk/run approach gradually building up your run time and distance to 5k. We will support you working at your pace. There will be 3 qualified run leaders plus other experienced runners to support. You may be divided into 2 or 3 smaller groups depending on group ability/numbers of participants.
Whether you would like to run for fitness, socially or to participate in races we aim to support you.
Please ensure you advise your run leader of any health issues/changes.
The course will take place in Devizes starting at the Wharf car park 6.15pm on Monday 6th September 2021. Each session will be approximately 45mins-1hr. Please arrive with the appropriate running clothing and footwear.
