Caio - Llanwrda cross country race 7.5 miles
In memory of Arwel Ad Clad
Friday 29th July 2022.
Start time for walkers - 5.45pm
Joggers - 6.30pm
Runners - 7pm
Start - Brunant arms, Caio
Finish - Llanwrda hall
Changing accomodation - as nature provides!
Marshalling - hopefully adequate
Parking and shuttle bus available from Llanwrda hall, with prizes and refreshments in the hall after the run.
