MID ESSEX CASUALS present The Trophy Trail 4.5 or 6.6 miles
Monday January 2nd 2023 at the Village Hall, London Road, Marks Tey CO6 1EJ
Held under UK Athletics rules with TRA Permit 5282 No dogs allowed.
N.B. minimum age for runners is 16 yrs for the 4.5ml and 17 yrs for the 6.6ml. Runners and Walkers welcome. Hall open from 10am Start times from 10:15am - 11:15am, Cut off time 2pm.
Entry fee £5 affiliated, £7 unaffiliated, plus 50p booking fee. Includes snacks and hot and cold drinks at the finish.
The routes are mainly off road on footpaths, tracks and field edges with some short road sections (not suitable for spikes), a narrative will be supplied to each entrant, there are NO markings or Marshalls, there are NO water stations.
Plenty of parking in the hall car park, but please park neatly, toilets will be open from 10am.
