Good Friday 10
10 Apr 2020
CANCELLED MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW ON THE VIRTUAL RACE
☹️ I am sure it won’t surprise any of you by now but we have had no option but to cancel the Good Friday 10.
We were desperately hanging on hoping! but
due to the statement from England Athletics yesterday this has made our race insurance and license invalid as well as Stanley Park (our venue) announcing closure until the 15th June.
We are so disappointed and I am sure you are too. We have been working hard to arrange an alternative date but due to the ongoing situation and Stanley park’s football commitments it is impossible to do this.
I hope you will understand due to our outgoing costs of medals, eggs and numerous deposits we are unable to give you a refund or transfer but will be offering a Virtual race service and will send you your Egg and medal for your amazing efforts!
We will be sending further information soon about the Virtual race by email and on the Facebook page.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me. firstname.lastname@example.org
Please could you kindly share this post to inform as many people as possible.
