New for 2022, this event promises to be a cracker!

Disatances: With a choice of 5k or 10k you will take in some lovely trails and tracks around High Lodge in the heart of Thetford Forest.

Course: The route is entirely off-road and covers a mixture of surfaces (grass, gravel, sand and maybe a little mud) with a couple of undulations to challenge you for good measure.

Who can participate?: The event is suitable for most people: - 

• The 5k event is for those aged 11+
• The 10k event is for those aged 16+ 
• Under 18's will need to bring/complete a signed parental consent form 

Awards: Trophies will be present as follows: - 

• 5k - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male/Female and Junior Male/Female winners (under 16's)
• 10k - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male/Female

Schedule: Timings will be confirmed one week beforehand, but are expected to be as follows: - 

• Registration: 13:00
• 5 & 10k start: 14:00pm

What's included: Your race fee covers the following: - 

• Bib number
• Chip timing
• Bespoke Finisher medal
• Post run refreshments
• Reduced parking fee of just £2 (normally £12.50/day)
• 20% of your money goes to Forestry England to help maintain and manage the land
