I have been coaching Chi Running for 7 years, having a yoga and sports coaching background you get a lot more observational detail in these 3 hours. Clients have ranged from elite runners to 80 year olds with Osteoarthritis!

A three-hour introduction into the principles of Chi Running. You will experience some easy static and running drills to help you move more relaxed, fluent and feel a lot lighter in your stride. The session is recorded and you receive the edit including voiceover and slo-mo a few days after the workshop.
