Hopefully the electronic entry will work well again.
All entries will be sorted into school year groups using the 1st September 2016 as a start year i.e some one who is born in december 2004 will be in year 7 and will be in the first year of the U13 age group. Age groups are U7,U9,U11,U13,U15 and over15
Competitors must be in full time education and be u18. The races will be split and the Girls will generally start just after the boys so they can enjoy their own race. (this is however at the commissiares discretion)
The U15 and O15 race will be combined.
Costs: National Only entry is £8 to include additional entry to the West Mids Regional Championship is an additional £2 (£10 in total) If you do not have a BSCA Membership number then a £2 surcharge will be applied to the total entry fee.
Parking will be to the left of the main building and there will be a £1 charge to cover venue costs.
Refreshments will be available in the sports centre along with Toilets. Please do not go into the sports centre with muddy boots.
Races will Start at 11.00 with sigining on closing at 10:45am if you cannot make the signing on time you should contact Paul Berry prior to the event. We want everyone to be able to watch the racing so we don't have anyone left doing signing on and missing their childrens event. Signing on will be in the Redditch Gazebo.
You will need your BSCA Card to get your timing chip and your race number. I should be able to release race numbers prior to the event to help with signing on. Loss of a timing chip will result in a £90 charge being made to you, this is the cost of each chip to us and we cannot afford to loose them.
Helmets Must be worn this is NOT an option, No helmet no race.
Any Gridding will be done at the Commissaires discretion and their word is final we are not footballers so no arguing with the officials please. They are in charge of the racing.
We want everyone to enjoy themselves first and formost. The courses will be much the same as last year for the u7's and u9's.
Regards Paul Berry
